We had a lovely stay, enjoying the spacious room with comfortable beds. The hotel's great location allowed us to explore nearby attractions easily, including the National Gallery of Art. The staff were attentive, ensuring our family's needs were met during our visit.
For dads, it would be great to have a pool for the kids to enjoy.

Couples seeking an lovely stay
Our anniversary experience was amazing the staff surprised us with a welcome note and a complimentary bottle of wine that really made us feel special and the restaurant at the hotel served us exquisite dishes and the waiter was super knowledgeable about wine pairings
It wasn't exactly inexpensive but you get what you pay for and this was definitely worth it

We loved our big, comfy bed and the coffee machine was such a nice touch for our mornings! The hotel had a cozy lounge where we could chill with drinks. A great restaurant with delicious meals. The only small hiccup was the pool area could use a bit more seating, but overall, it was a lovely stay! 😊

The spacious Deluxe King Room was perfect for a couple, providing a comfortable stay with excellent room service and free wifi. However, the initial security deposit of $460 charged upon arrival was unexpected, and the laundry service proved costly for multiple items. A backlit makeup mirror in the bathroom would enhance the experience further.

The staff excelled in service, ensuring my needs were met promptly, which enhanced my overall experience during this work trip.
The hotel could improve on transparency regarding additional charges.

Just a proper fit for a brief retreat in Washington with decent value for money. The gym was pretty well equipped with two Pelotons, which I appreciated. Consider asking about room updates if you enjoy natural light.

I loved the location of the Melrose Georgetown. So close to the Foggy Bottom metro station. Staff greeted me warmly every time I walked in. They helped with all my requests promptly. The king bed in my Deluxe King Room was super comfortable. Nice touch with the Lavazzo coffee maker in the room. Coffee in the lobby was a nice perk too. However, I faced issues with the air conditioning. Set it to a cool 60 degrees, but it hardly chilled the room. The pillows were a bit too high for my comfort and I missed having a microwave in the room. Would have been handy. I also had to deal with a slow response from reception when I called about the air conditioning. Not ideal when I wanted to focus on my work. But overall, I had a pleasant stay and would consider coming back.
